The lawfulness of the data processing is based on Art. 6 para 1 lit b, c, e and f of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/6 79, DSGVO).

We process in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit f of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, DSGVO) for our own promotional purposes - company name, title, first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and company data in summarized lists - and use them for sending interesting information about services and offers of us by mail or e-mail.

We do not keep data longer than necessary for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations and for the enforcement or defense of any claims.

The protection of personal data is carried out by appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions relate in particular to protection against unauthorized, unlawful, or even accidental access, processing, loss, use and manipulation. Notwithstanding the observance of a reasonable standard of care at all times, it cannot be ruled out that personal data may be viewed and used by other persons. We take no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hack attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).

The customer has at any time the right to information about the data stored about him/her by BFT, to data portability and, if necessary, the right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing.
